We cover the cost of porting your number from your existing phone carrier. However, any contract terms associated with your number(s) remain your responsibility to manage.
Usually this is completed by 10 working days. occationally if there is any mismatch on the information customer given your old provider might reject the porting, if this happen our team will reach out to you to retify this immidiatly. rest assuared our team alweays on top of your order journey.
The necessary information for porting your number will be collected during order creation. This includes:
- The number(s) you are porting
- The main billing number
- Your existing carrier
- The physical address your carrier has on record for these numbers
o own a specific number, you must have a paid subscription. We can only port telephone numbers to an active, paid VECloudVoice account. Please email our team to convert the account to a paid account before initiating the porting process.
